Porto Montenegro is embarking on an exciting journey with the launch of our offices in Dubai, and we're on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales for the US, UK & Middle East markets, the Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in implementing our sales strategy within the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, fostering client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, while also leading a team of at least 2 Sales Assistants to be hired.

  • POSITION REPORTS TO: Head of Sales (US, UK & Middle East)

Key Aspects of the Role:

  • Develop specific actions to drive sales, including organizing events, identifying real estate brokers and agents, and directly engaging with key clients primarily in the local market;
  • Generate leads for residential programs and long-term marina berths, focusing on Synchro Yards and leases of 10 years or more;
  • Update database with all introducer and client contacts and leads, managing this information throughout the sales process;
  • Provide reliable reporting of sales activity to the Head of Sales, including lead creation and office visits;
  • Assist clients visiting Porto Montenegro, preparing visits including tours and showcasing available residential units to build confidence in investment security;
  • Collaborate with various departments to process secured leads through the entire sales process;
  • Maintain post-sale relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering positive referrals;
  • Act as a credible source of information for Porto Montenegro in the market and promote Montenegro and Porto Montenegro as a destination at all times.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury real estate or yacht industry;
  • Keen knowledge of real estate markets, competing investment markets, and how to engage with them to generate sales;
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to lead generation;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Flexibility to attend events and travel as required;
  • Proficiency in English is required, with familiarity in Russian, Arabic, and Montenegrin languages considered a valuable asset.
