We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to spearhead our quality control endeavors and maintain impeccable standards of quality across the development process.

Your duties will include ensuring projects adhere to budgetary constraints and timelines, and achieve the pinnacle of quality standards. Furthermore, you will oversee a team of professionals in quality assurance and quality control, ensuring that all processes and procedures are harmonized with our company's policies, standards, and best practices.

  • LOCATION: Tivat, Montenegro
  • SCHEDULE: Full time, Monday to Friday

  • POSITION REPORTS TO: Development Manager/Project Director

Key Aspects of the Role:

  • Develop and manage quality control budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation;
  • Develop and implement quality control processes aligned with company policies and standards, relevant laws and regulations and best practices;
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and cost savings;
  • Analyze data and report on quality control metrics for high-quality project delivery;
  • Ensure project costs are controlled, leading the Value Engineering and optimization process if required;
  • Report project progress and provide early risk warnings to Project Leads;
  • Participate in procurement, ensuring contractor adherence to schedules;
  • Ensure customer requirements are met and quality control aligns with preferences;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to seamlessly integrate quality control processes into the project lifecycle and communicate quality control issues and progress through regular updates;
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance and quality control professionals, setting performance targets and providing feedback;
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication with all members of the Project Team, including the Operator (where relevant), Consultants, and Contractors;
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration;
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with quality control processes;
  • Provide strong, clear and effective leadership of Health and Safety, ensuring all project participants maintain a safety aware culture;
  • Participate in the preparation of pre-opening programs and procedures;
  • Review ongoing designs and advise on amendments;
  • Define requirements for contractor method statements and review for completeness.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
  • Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in project managing large construction projects in this region, preferably having been gained on Large Scale Hospitality/Residential Projects;
  • Fluency in English language; Turkish is a plus.
