An exciting opportunity has now arisen for YOU to join our team and be the first point of contact for retail tenants within our newest neighbourhood, Boka Place, a collection of 45 shops, restaurants, bars, cafes & cinema.

Our team is looking for a candidate that is organized, enthusiastic, results oriented, customer service oriented, operationally astute, comfortable working in a team, a self-starter and a doer. Furthermore, an individual with excellent interpersonal skills to build, foster and enhance tenants’ experiences.

The role is dynamic, with no two days being the same, and requires frequent movement around the neighbourhood to monitor the property and maintain regular contact with tenants. 

LOCATION: Tivat, Montenegro
SCHEDULE: Full time, Monday to Friday

Key Aspects of the Role:

  • Responding to all tenant requests and calls, determining urgency, managing requests/complaints;
  • Taking appropriate actions to resolve issues, including liaising with property management and other teams as necessary;
  • Coordinating lease agreement signings with tenants;
  • Overseeing the retail unit handover process;
  • Meeting with existing tenants on a regular basis to foster good tenant relations;
  • Collecting and compiling data and feedback to provide transparency around tenant concerns to team leader;
  • Informing current and prospective tenants of the overall retail strategy and priorities;
  • Maintaining and updating tenant information database, including details of locations, hours, and other specifics.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least two years of experience in customer service-related role; previous tenant relations and/or property management experience preferred;
  • Excellent people, customer service and communication skills (phone, verbal and written);
  • Positive, welcoming demeanour with a can-do attitude;
  • Strong team spirit, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders;
  • Ability to anticipate tasks, prioritize, multi-task, problem-solve and work well under pressure;
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities;
  • A self-starter, self-disciplined, and highly organized;
  • High level of analytical skills and strong attention to details;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
