We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professional to join our team and provide services which will result in accomplishing profitable sales of residential units and long-term marina berths, through all channels being direct, via introducers and from walk-in, digital and other enquiry routes.

  • POSITION REPORTS TO: Director of Sales & Marketing

Key Aspects of the Role:

  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products & services, and promote Porto Montenegro and Montenegro as a destination at all times;
  • Undertake market research, identify viable target markets and customer groups, devise strategies and tactics to access potential introducers and customers;
  • Generate leads through networking, and establish and nurture network of strategic introducers/agents/ partnerships;
  • Attend real estate & yacht shows and events where that is a valid sales tactic;
  • Explore all avenues with clients to sell, upsell, package and become an introducer formally or informally;
  • Showcase the wider PM offering and lifestyle opportunity to clients, while instilling confidence in investment security and continued estate growth and improvement;
  • Entertain clients and encourage return meetings and bringing of referred peers, colleagues, family and friends;
  • Maintain post-sale relationships with clients and foster client satisfaction;
  • Assist marketing department with effective residential and long-term marina berths marketing collaboration and promotion;
  • Work collaboratively with other relevant internal teams to process secured leads through the entire sales process.

  • Relevant industry expertise and experience;
  • Inside-out knowledge of the real estate, as well as knowledge of the international real estate;
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build trust with a lead/client in a short period of time;
  • Ability to speak with all walks of life and relate with many different types of people;
  • Ability to maintain a high level of market and competitor product and deal knowledge;
  • Ability to grasp and comprehend new and evolving tools of the profession;
  • A highly results-driven approach.
