We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and play a vital role in developing, executing, and analysing digital marketing initiatives across owned, earned, and paid media channels to grow demand, traffic, and brand awareness.

As a Digital Marketing Executive you will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, Marketing and cross-functional teams within the organization, including IT, to achieve our marketing goals.

  • POSITION REPORTS TO: Senior Manager, Marketing

Key Aspects of the Role:

  • Manage all digital platforms for Porto Montenegro, focusing on optimization to meet ROI and sales/traffic targets;
  • Communicate with external digital agencies & negotiate contract terms;
  • Collaborate with internal partners to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and support brand promotions;
  • Partner with marketing agencies to plan and implement various advertising campaigns;
  • Monitor and report on organic search results, conduct keyword research, and work with technical teams;
  • Continuously monitor and improve the Porto Montenegro website based on customer journey insights;
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including Salesforce and Pardot;
  • Coordinate social media content and identify opportunities for engaging posts;
  • Optimize lead generation, especially for real estate, and ensure accurate lead registration in Salesforce;
  • Develop and test new functionalities in CRM systems;
  • Analyze user behavior data to enhance the overall user experience;
  • Track market trends and competitors, making recommendations based on findings;
  • Evaluate new technologies and provide business cases for adoption when appropriate.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website and SEO management;
  • Proficiency in using tools such as WordPress, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Pardot, or equivalent platforms;
  • Demonstrated ability to both formulate and implement digital marketing strategies and tactics;
  • Proven track record in effectively managing paid search, paid social, and display advertising programs, ensuring a profitable ROI;
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Marketing/Sales funnel;
  • A meticulous, analytical, and systematic approach to tasks;
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Montenegrin languages, and additional languages are considered a plus.
