Marija Tomović - Residential Marketing Assistant

New Elena residences in Porto Montenegro will be completed this summer and Marija Tomovic, Residential Marketing Assistant, reveals what are their special features in the residential collection and what are the benefits of living on this riviera. Tomovic was born and raised in the UK, but she wanted to pursuit her career where her familial roots are, yet in the international environment - in her opinion, Porto Montenegro is an ideal combination of these segments.

We are pleased to announce the completion of the luxurious Elena residences this summer. What are their specifications, and what sets them out on real estate market?

We are eagerly looking forward to the completion of final aesthetic details of a very significant addition to the residential collection in our village - Elena Residences will have a total of 50 luxury residential units that are located in the vicinity of Regent Pool Club Residences and make an idyllic addition to the promenade to Synchro.

New residences have elegant and sophisticated interiors, bringing style and character to a comprehensive design inspired by the Italian Riviera - perfectly fitting into the environment. Every detail in Elena indicates the state of the art and refined luxury, and it is very well connected with sentimental and historical background of this building with Montenegrin roots.

Elena residents can enjoy cosmopolitan environment, intimate luxury and traditional ambience of the area overlooking the bay and mountains. There will be 50 luxury units, from studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units to penthouse. Private pools and spacious balconies on the roof are probably the most appealing - they will provide our homeowners an excellent opportunity for welcoming their guests, relaxation and fun with exceptional view from the roof.

This residential building is also named after Montenegrin princess and is inspired by the historical and cultural heritage of Montenegro?

That's right - residences are inspired by Her Majesty Queen Elena di Savoia, Montenegrin princess born in the Old royal Capital of Cetinje in 1871. In 1896 she married the future King, Victor Emmanuel III of Italy. In honor of Queen Elena, not only do we express our nationality pride through our residences but we are also reflecting on the historical links between Montenegro and our neighboring Italy and we are very proud that we continue to build the cultural bridges. Date of the opening ceremony of Elena residences is August 15th, and we cannot wait to hand over the keys of the apartments to their owners.

What is the profile of a Porto Montenegro resident, i.e. the owner of the property in the nautical village - where they come from, what are their primary reasons for buying real estate in Tivat Riviera?

It is really an international environment - most of our homeowners are between the ages of 20 and 40. In terms of where they come from, we have locals from Montenegro and neighboring Serbia, as well as owners from Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Australia, Germany, Sweden and Turkey.

We notice conscious choices of lifestyle and domestic mentality among the owners, which is great, because it reflects the traditional sense of community that we want to preserve in the village.

What are the benefits of living in Porto Montenegro?

Choosing Porto Montenegro as the second home comes with many benefits for the homeowners - besides obviously impressive views, fantastic cuisine, cheerful lifestyle and events, the most important is safe environment, especially for younger family members. The village has managed to retain the atmosphere - "home away from home" that many of our homeowners perceive as the right community.

All essential benefits can be found in a few steps and we really strive to provide excellence when it comes to taking care of our homeowners. Our Owners Club also expands the set of privileges, from discounts within the village to the invitations to the most prestigious events we organize.

You were born in the UK, but after graduation and good job opportunities there, you decided to continue your career in Montenegro. What are the advantages?

Living and working in Montenegro is a privilege - Porto Montenegro offers all the stability and possibility of personal development. International business environment, motivating communication, leadership, working with educated and talented associates, along with the advantages of living on the coast, are the biggest benefits of my decision to return to my family roots. I’ve always dreamed about living here, so for me this is a childhood dream come true.
